If you are not in Dubai at the moment, you can hand over the keys, I will look at the facility myself and then we will call each other to discuss all the details, all approvals can take place online.

We check the process with the project on a weekly basis. That is, we control whether everything is done according to size and ideas. In the case when, for some reason, we have to step back from the project, making a decision is which way we step back. So that this decision does not affect the further picture. For example, if we move the outlet because it fits on the fittings in the wall, then which way? After all, it's important that she doesn't end up behind the furniture. We select the color of the paint according to the colors and grout for the tiles. We solve any difficult situations related to the design that could not have been foreseen in the project. We approve sketches, paints and samples of non-standard products and works, here we are talking about furniture, paintings, decorative plaster.
We are looking for the best price and conditions for the customer. We conclude contracts, check all contractual terms, and make sure that all requests are indicated and all order details are signed. We track the delivery dates of finishing materials and interior items. We will arrange acceptance of goods at the facility. We check the goods for quality, and if a defect is detected, we carry out all actions for writing complaints, refunds, and replacements. We search for materials and goods to replace those that have been discontinued or have become more expensive from the moment of the project to the moment of purchase.

Preparation of a basic design project usually takes 10-20 business days. The preparation of a full design project with drawings usually takes about 20-40 business days, depending on the area and style of the interior being developed. Deadlines are always discussed with the customer, and if there is a need to complete the project faster, we will try to help, but we will not take on a project when deadlines are critical, because the quality of our work directly depends on deadlines.
The full design project differs from the draft project in that the basic project does not have working drawings for builders, because most of the real estate in Dubai is already being renovated and customers do not always want to change the existing finishes, so there is a draft project for these works, it includes 3D visualizations or collages (at the request of the customer and based on deadlines for project preparation), selection of furniture, lighting and decor.
Yes, we work with a trusted Russian-speaking construction company. We conduct free author supervision only when working with this company. With a third-party construction company, the supervision of the author is paid, the cost is discussed individually.
All dismantling work: the transfer and construction of new partitions, the installation of new sockets, switches, lighting fixtures are carried out only after obtaining permission from the developer. We help in obtaining all necessary permits and accompany you through all the processes.
